Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

We ship all items within two days of recieving orders. Our policy regarding refunds is as follows. If after the stated delivery times i.e. 21 business days for non-registered airmail have elapsed then assuming the customer has contacted us to inform us of non-delivery we will liase with the customer and offer a reshipment of the ordered items or a full refund. Refunds are given only after checking the reason for non-delivery with the postal authorities.
