What international shipping methods are there ... ?

There is only one method currently. This method is cheaper & more reliable option of international registered airmail. This method can take up to 21 regular days from ordering for delivery. Subject to price variations and we reserve the right to change without notification. Currently we charge $10 for registered airmail.

Will you ship any product to my country ... ?

Yes, we will ship any product in our store to any country! We can not possibly keep up with all the laws in every country. It is your responsibility to know what is legal and what is not. We will always ship discreetly for your privacy.

VERY IMPORTANT: We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.

The laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your countrys Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.

We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you pick to the address that you provide. We will give you the best service and ship it very quick at the rates that we have agreed to on our site. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, most orders that are stopped are returned to us. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges.

Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.

Dont worry though, we rarely have problems with international shipments and almost all products are legal in almost all countries. What products are illegal in my country ... ?

To be honest, we are not 100% sure. It is nearly impossible to keep up with all the laws in every country around the world. They also change very often. The best idea would be to contact your local government or check out their web sites for laws and restrictions. We will ship ANY product to any country, but if the product is returned or destroyed, the responsibility is yours. We will do our part and follow your directions. We will ship the products that you order to the address you provide! We will also ship discreetly in order to protect your privacy.

Do you ship to PO Boxes ... ?

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes with no problem!. Be sure that your PO box address is on file with your credit card company if you pay by credit card, in order to make sure there are no delays in shipping.

Yes, we can ship to APO/FPO military addresses with no problem! The shipping fees are the same as if you are shipping to the USA... not higher!

My order has shipped but not arrived ... ?

At least 99% of our customers receive their order within that time period!

Very rarely an order is delayed. There are a few reasons why this could happen.

  • It may have been delayed in the post office.
  • If international, customs may have held it for inspection for a few days.
  • There may have been a problem filling the order.
  • A number of other rare things may have happened that we can check on.

I did not receive my full order what do I do ... ?

Please note if your order is large and made up of many items then your order could have been sent out in multiple packages. In which case wait for delivery of the other packages to be made. If this is not the case please email us and we will sort out the packing error.

What to do if I received a damaged product ... ?

We make every effort to package the item the best we can so that it will be in perfect condition when it arrives at your door. Unfortunately, in rare cases an item may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. This is on the proviso that you can provide us with proof that it was genuinely damaged.
